2. Digital products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially downloaded or used the materials and no custom research has begun. Partial use may limit eligibility.

3. Consultations

Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations may receive partial credit at our discretion.

4. How to request a refund

Email business@strainingnnyouth.world with your name, order date, and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us first so we can resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may affect future access to materials.
